Knottingley Cemetery, Knottingley, Yorkshire, England

Notes: Knottingley Cemetery occupies a plot of land formerly known as Park Balk Close and located alongside Racca Field Lane (now Womersley Road). The land was offered to the township of Knottingley for the sum of £500 by William Moorhouse on the 3rd February 1858. Once completed, the cemetery was consecrated by the Archbishop of York and the first interment took place on the 8th June 1859.
