Oak Villa, Caledonia Avenue, Fernwood, British Columbia, Canada
Built in 1890 for St. Barnabas' Church Institute, Anglican Synod of BC, in the name of Rt. Rev. Bishop Hills, Bishop of Columbia, this house became the home of the Miller family between 1899 and 1919.
Two identical houses were built at a cost of $6500 (US). Oak Villa was Heritage-designated in 1977.
